Its always baffled me why biogs are written through the third person?  So here i go trying to sum up my career to
date in a few paragraphs.
I was born in Wales and this famous poem sums up being Welsh perfectly!

'To be Welsh is to be born privileged.
Not with a silver spoon in your mouth.
But with music in your blood.
And poetry in your soul'.  Love That!

My love for the theatre started age 9 when an amazing teacher Trevor Harris who ran the Vagabond theatre in
Pyle Wales tool me under his wing and outta my shell.  In the 5 years I studied with him I preferred in various show
and I owe so much of my happy childhood to Trevor's teaching.

The next few years in high school I was lucky enough to have another incredible life changing teacher in my life.
At Porthcawl Comprehensive School,Roger Burnell became like a father figure and inspiration to me.  He
supported and guided me at my most volcanic age.  I will treasure my years with him forever.  Whilst in Porthcawl I
performed in Annie, Gypsy, Oklahoma, Romeo & Juliet, Damn Yankees, Under Milk Wood & The Importance of
being Earnest.

Every night after school I would take the bus to the city of Cardiff to perform in many shows at the Sherman
Theatre youth group under the wonderful Mike James Musical Directors leadership.

Simultaneously I was part of HTV's Junior Drama workshop headed by Peter Woolridge a workshop that provided
a casting pool of young talent for Television in Wales.

At age 15 I was headstrong and independent and landed a contract with WNO in Carmen.  So I left school and
went on tour of the UK with this passionate production.

After this I went back to Wales to Host the teenage magazine production with HTV Wales 'The Gen' for 2 seasons.
And studied at the Welsh College of Music and Drama.

Then back to the big city of London.  I spent a couple of years doing fringe theatre independent films and but
parts on TV shows.  At age 20 I got my first series regular on BBC's 'Tiger Bay' playing wild child 'Jodie Marsh' to
this day my favorite character I've played, probably because she was exactly like me at the time and the hot
headed fearless girl I played felt so real and effortless to me.

After 'Tiger Bay' I landed Nurse 'Chloe Hill' on BBC's primetime drama 'Casualty' for 5 years in which I learnt so
much and grew up at last!  When I decided to leave 'Casualty' and spread my wings I landed the role of 'Lisa Hill'
the cook (who couldn't cook) on ITV's prime time drama series 'London's Burning' for a year long contract.  Then
back to my roots in Wales to play sassy Police women 'Tess Conti' in ITV's drama series 'Nuts and Bolts' for the
next 6 months.

And finally before I tool off to start a new life in Los Angeles I played a mouthy Welsh lass in the kitchy comedy 'Is
Harry on The Boat', set in Ibiza for 6 months - so much fun!

Anyway I've managed to reel of a list of my credits in the UK and to bore you half to death, sorry it's the thing to do
so I've been told - I had to get it in there!

I've been living in LA for two years and after taking out time to go travel and study I'm finally giving it a go in this
crazy old town.

I love my life here, love the sunshine, the passion and the people (and despite the rumors of fake shallow snakes
living here) I have met really magical, creative people here.  It's a town of endless possibilities and I am loving it!
